Relax and Go with the Flow

I love my new green paints that I bought recently and I want to thank you for your lovely comments. I find them uplifting and encouraging, thankyou!
I have very low energy at the moment but on the good side, I do have the desire to work on a finished painting. There are ideas ticking away in my head but instead of pushing myself into it, I'm being gentle on myself and making small sketches, going with the flow and seeing where it takes me.
Of course when this happens the images tend to express how I'm actually feeling and if you look at these sketches you don't need me to tell you!

It's a beautiful hot sunny day here today, I hope where ever you are, you have a lovely relaxing weekend.
xx

I love the first painting! The way she is merging with mother earth through a smooth blanket of bluebells is really great to see and makes me feel grounded a little bit more, when looking at it.
I love also the way you are going through a shift in your creativity and work. Keep on, your are on a very good path Jess :-)
Greetings from a now very stormy and rainy part of Europe

Bonjour chère amie,

Deux peintures qui me remplissent de quiétude... Tes couleurs sont énergisantes .
J'aime cette jeune femme endormie dans la forêt. Quelle douceur !
Gros bisous ♡

There's nothing better than to relax, when your body needs it - not "later, who-knows-when", but today!
I like your watercolours, especially the way in which the colours "flow"...
Take your time and follow your inner voice!:)

that's the best advice... there is no control, just the flow...

Lovely paintings - I especially like the bluebell one.
They say the veil is thinnest when you lie among the bluebells - so I hope it brings you faery blessings and the full power recharge of real rest.

I love these illustrations. The first is so very dream like in the way she is melting into the flowers, it's so lovely!

Heehee, the second makes me wish we had the warm weather back here in Vancouver. (It's very wet and rainy today. =( )
