Myth - for Illustration Friday

'Sedna' for Illustration Friday.
There are many stories about Sedna but the common theme is her lack of fingers. To find out how, you're just going to have to read the story. ;)
I feel a lack of fingers in this weather, it's so cold, they seem to be numb a lot of a the time!

It didn't stop me making a snowman though did it?!
Do you like his curly hazel hair?
:)

Lovely painting.
I know the story of Sedna ( it came up in conversation with my sister once and I started to tell her the story, then I realised my nephew, who was 4 at the time, had come into the room, and I tried to change it into a slightly not so scary for a 4 year old story!!... he has a wonderful imagination and was staring at me a little worried like ).
Nice snowman. We have the snow too but have not made a snowman. My friend said she was going to make a snow dog! I wonder if she did!
Stay warm.x
