My Confused Garden and the Give Away Winner

My garden doesn't know what it's doing. We haven't had any frost here yet so maybe that explains why I still have strawberries growing.

and nasturtiums!

The lilac is in bud despite the wintery looking sky

and primroses are beginning to bloom

but the virginia creeper knows what season it is and so do I! Less than 6 weeks until christmas, how did that happen?!

Here is the result of my give away. Thankyou to all that took part, I really appreciate the time you took to choose which paintings you'd like. :) I've used an online random number generator, and the person who is number 4 in the comments on that post is......

Yvonne !

Congratulations Yvonne, please send me your home address so I can send your chosen paintings to you. :)

Congratulations Yvonne on your win.

I am glad the gardens aren't looking to closely to winter. We had some snow last week (weirdly) but I am happy to still have the golden autumnal look; it is so beautiful.

Hi Bella, yes I heard it snowed in Bath, I could't believe it, nothing here! :)
Our garden is much confused also, some things are blooming that bloomed in March or April, and others have withered which ought to be in bloom now. We had a few snow flakes, but nothing as much as Bath. x

Cute and brave strawberrys. They are standing strong against the upcoming winter... :)

What an amazing garden! We have only had one light frost so far and my nasturtiums and strawberries are taking their winter sleep now..although I noticed one brave calendula had opened her pretty petals this week :)

Thankyou all. :) It's beginning to get a bit nippy outside but things look pretty much the same with no signs of change yet!

Christmas is coming way to fast this year!!!

Your cat paintings came out great.

Congratulations to Yvonne.
Your garden is confused! Ours still has a few summer blooms hanging on despite a couple of frosts.
Your snail will make short work of the primroses.
