My Great Big Painting

(Click on picture to see bigger.)
I'm painting a great big acrylic on canvas at the moment. It's been so dark here that I've only been able to paint in the mornings and I took this photo just now to show you the work-in-progress. It's nearly finished, although I could probably fiddle with it for years! Sometimes you just need to stop and let it be.

I need to take my own advice! ;)

Lovely colours Jessie and it works so beautifully on a large canvas. I find it hard not to continue working on something I have created as well, love your words "Just let it be."

Have a beautiful day. xxx

Nice big canvas. Do you paint faster when you paint big?

Hi Jessie, I love your colourful paintings and drawings!
Did you ever visit Geninne's Art Blog ??? (she lives in Mexico in a beautiful house build by her husband Manolo) Take a look, I think you'll like it ;-)

how lovely~
so fun to see you doing a different style. It is so interesting to find that art can be fiddled with over and over and it is up to the artist as to when it is complete.
