Some Sketches and The Seaside

Enjoying the last few days at the seaside. We've had some glorious weather recently!

I've also been having fun in my sketchbook, playing with watercolour.



The one below has a different sort of background. Shall I tell you what I did to create it?


I made a sploshy wet wash of colour over the page, then laid down some scrunched up Clingfilm. Left it to dry and behold! The interesting texture appears!As for this background, you might be able to tell what else I've been doing! ;o)
