Illustration Friday: Paisley

First of all I must apologise for getting behind with my blog visiting. I seem to run out of time to do everything at the moment. I'm coming to see you as soon as I can because I can't wait any longer to see what you've been up to!The days have been long and sunny but I haven't even had the time to sit here in my garden!

The Bluebird of Happiness

While you're here, can I mention I'm having a sale of my newest paintings on Ebay. Please have a look if you've a moment, they're all painted on good quality paper with lovely bright watercolours! The Bluebird of Happiness (above) is one of them.
You may have noticed, I love to paint birds and because of this I've been thinking about a change in Blog name. The Purple Treebird. What do you think?

Love the new blog name and your new paintings. I feel the same about the time. Where is it going, I only wish I knew? :)x
Your garden looks lovely. I too need to make some more time to sink into a comfy chair and sit in the shade and enjoy. Love the paisley. :-)

Jess deary, why am I not surprised that you would use your favorite color as the new blog name? Well, if it feels good in the heart, then why not? Although I'll miss Jessie Lilac...:D

And the paisley girl is enchanting! I love the blue of her skin, so luminous and smooth. And the details are perfect! (hugs)

Thankyou all so much :)
I'm still wavering about the name change but maybe by the time you read this I'd have taken the leap! ;o) xx
I love the change and think it is one of your best paintings! I smiled when I saw it! Blessings dear.
