Birdsong and Peas

These are my first ever peas I've grown, so please don't laugh at how few there are! All the other plants were eaten by a slug army. I should have known better and next time I will, you can be sure of that! Here's a watercolour painting I did of a guitar playing bird, even the plants are dancing to the lovely birdsong! It's approx. 29 x 21cm in size and painted with the best quality materials.
I'm selling it on Ebay for next to nothing and the bids end on sunday 4th July at 13:59 BST, so here's a chance to pick up my paintings for very little, I just want them to go to loving homes :)

Oooh I love fresh peas, I used to eat all the ones that my grandmother would grow in her garden.

Beautiful painting too. :0)

They are doing much better than my peas. I don't even have pods yet. But I do have many, many gherkins...help.

I must remember to pick them before they start shrivelling! I wouldn't know what to do with a gherkin even if I had one!

Hey, the peas look darn good to me. Just clear out the slugs each day and/or build you a raised bed for planting. We do slug patrol everyday when they are present. I just hate it when someone takes upon themselves to eat what I've planted before I even get to taste it.
