Illustration Friday: Propagate

I've still got a good supply of acrylic paints that I used to paint with on large canvases, so when my daughter wanted her new purse painted red I knew just what I was going to use!
I had some left over, so not wanting it to go to waste, I covered a page of my sketchbook with it. Some added lines of white and black ink and here we have my picture for this week's Illustration Friday :)

Love the rich reds. This would lovely on a dress..the latest trend with above knee dresses, leggings and boots has opened my eyes to the designs on the rails. I'd love this on a dress...

Thanks April, I like those too but I put on just a bit too much weight over christmas! ;)
Lovely pic Jessie...I love using white ink over rich colour, though I wish I could find a good permanent white ink that didn't BLOB with a fine nib pen...most annoying!

Me too! That's the reason for that rather white flower near the top! ;)

Tell me about it Jessie...you really have to be a bit skinny malinky for some of those dresses.
