Illustration Friday: Blur

The last day or so I've had a bad headache so I haven't been able to tackle this week's Illustration Friday until today. I did this drawing very quickly using black compressed charcoal which is something I haven't used for ages. The idea for the drawing came from a feeling of having a fuzzy head but looking at this now I think I can see my headache might be there too! I hope I've left it on the page.

Great illustration.

It looks like my headache - I hope yours HAS transferred to the pic, it seems like it.

As a former migraine sufferer, I'd say you captured it perfectly, expression and mood!

This reminds me of Medusa! I guess if you had snakes hissing on top of your head day and night, you'd have a headache too, huh? :)

I'm so sorry! I had one of those weeks too! Kept e home from school for a day which almost never happens. I hope you are feeling better. The art is a perfect communicator of your idea.
