First Day Back at 'Drop in and Draw'

The local life drawing sessions started back today, hooray! I've been looking forward to this and it was great to be back. It's called 'Drop in and Draw' and that's what it is really, you just turn up with your drawing or painting materials and pay as you go. We started with a 5 minute pose (above).

Then a longer one, I think this one was 15 minutes, I couldn't get her face right so had another go.

Hmmm. I'm out of practice, but really enjoyed it. I hope to be able to go every friday and get back into the swing of it!

I am so glad you have this opportunity which works so well for you, Jess! This is wonderful and good for getting your pencil flowing. I bet you can go back home later and see your studio in a different way, too!

I am going to be looking forward to these posts!

Thanks Krisztina, I thought it was about time for a change, it's difficult to decide which picture to use but this is my current favourite so I thought I'd go with that!
Thanks so much Karen, I never know how big they're going to print them and so far I've been quite lucky with the size!
Hi Rosie, I'm enjoying my guitar lessons too, I think I'm a bit spoilt at the moment. ;)
Hi Kim, thanks so much! Do visit often, I love your comments :)
