Illustration Friday: 'Wrapped'

Hello! I've not been here for a while have I? Here's this week's Illustration Friday drawing for 'wrapped' and below I'll show you what I've been up to...
We spent a week at my favourite place in the world...St Ives! Here I am with two of my daughters near Mermaid Cove in Zennor. It truly is a stunning place and covered in beautiful heather (even though you can't see it from this picture!)

I didn't find time to draw as much as I usually do when I'm home, so felt a bit rusty when I did eventually get the sketchbook out!

This last one is a bit random but I thought I'd show it anyway!

Hi Ruthie, that's very early compared to here isn't it? We've got until September so it still feels like the middle of summer at the moment to me!

What a lovely way to remember your holiday - I imagine the images you drew whilst away will have as strong memories attached to them as the photo's you took.
