This week's Illustration Friday word is 'Idle'

This is the sketch I made originally. Now I see them both together, I think I prefer the stars to be on the legs, but hey, it's done now!

Love your little girl drawing. I too like the 'star-tights' best. The concept is lovely and imaginative. The painting is very nice.

Hi Jessi, I feel like I haven't visited you in a while, things have been crazy here. Great illustration Friday work. I think I like the stars on the tights best too but it's great to see both versions. Lovely and bright as always!! x

Hi Jess, I think we are all very busy this summer. I know I have been, as you are probably aware. I am glad you have this time with your children.

As always your drawings are wonderful. This young lady is quite fine, indeed...I, too, love the stars on her leg! I also like the painting.
