My Bleedin' Sketchbook!

Can you see how the paint has bled into the paper in the wrong direction? I want to love this sketchbook but I don't yet. But I've been using it to work out ideas for a couple of pictures. One will be about yoga and one will involve dancing fish.I'm also making a mother's day card with a peacock on it and using inks on top of watercolour.

Memo to self: Don't play with quick drying inks when you're wearing your best jumper.
I'm not going to photograph it to show you because I've had to rush to the tap to wash it off before it got a proper hold!

Use that bleedy sketchbook to make happy paper hats
and paper airplanes. Paint it in crazy swirls and stripes to your hearts content. Tear it to bits for a collage!
I love seeing what you've accomplished since my last visit.
Yah! You won Sandy's cool cat.

I hear what you're saying Ronnie, I'm slowly learning to love it though so won't be ripping it up anytime soon!
Thanks Barbi :)
I think you're right Joss, thanks! :)

Ooooh! I love the little frog! I know what you mean about not wearing your favorite clothes whilst painting... oye!

I don't mind the froggy bleeds at all. Makes it very spontaneous looking. :-) (I do hate learning curves though - so I totally hear what you're saying!)
