It's a Green Day

After I'd finished a sketchbook page of jumping frogs, I was eating my pea and ham soup, and it occured to me.....how green my day has been so far.
It's been very sunny and springlike this morning so I spent a while cutting and cutting and cutting in the garden until my arms wouldn't let me cut any more.

Yes, there's still a lot to do!
Have a lovely weekend :)

Hi Jessie! Love the froggies, in fact, love them so much I'd like a frog-design shirt or duvet cover! This would be ace made in to fabric or wallpaper Jessie, send it to some manufacturers of material. Wow your garden looks good - I thought it was cold (wimpy excuse) so I didn't go out there, but I feel bad now for being so lardacious and lazy!!

Thanks karen, yes I hope this weather stays, I've got so much to do out there!
Thanks Liz, I love your word...'lardacious' - that's usually me!
Thanks Joss, the boots used to belong to my son but he's long outgrown them now and even if they DID fit him, he'd rather go barefoot than wear wellies these days I'm sure ;)

Hehe...green is such a lovely colour! And it makes me think of spring & the new sedlings which are shooting up in my homemade greenhouses on my windowsill :)
